I figured since it was your birthday I would post a picture of you dressed up in your finest. Well, acutally, It was one of the only photos I had of you, but I think its a good one. I feel it really captures the essence of Kate; flip-flops, tight black pants, ridiculous makeup and, of course, reflectors. I hope that you have a great birthday and an even better vacay....Woohoo!!!
